Veteran Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan on his 74th birthday, refused to respond on banning Pakistan artistes in India. Upon being asked about the ban, he said: “This is not the time, and I don’t think it’s right to put forward such questions.”

He also said that this is time for India to express solidarity with soldiers who sacrifice their lives for the security of the nation. In the wake of the ongoing militant attack in Jammu and Kashmir, Big B said that the citizens of the nation are irked with the recent incidents in the border state.

It is time to show solidarity towards our jawans and armed forces who are sacrificing their lives so that you and me can be safe. People of this country are very angry by the incidents that have been happening at our borders
