Pahlaj Nihalani’s CBFC kills the creativity of artists by demanding cuts: Aamir Khan

After the superhit movie ‘Dangal’ Aamir Khan was attending the trailer launch of Zaira Wasim’s ‘Secret Superstar’, producer and co-star Aamir who spoke about the cuts made by Pahlaj Nihalani.

When a journalist asked him if Pahlaj Nihalani-led CBFC kills the creativity of artists by demanding cuts, the ‘Taare Zameen Par’ star said, “I really feel that censorship is… I don't know how it is relevant. Board should grade the movies, not make cuts.”

Mr. Perfectionist will be seen in the upcoming movie as a ‘creepy musician who you do not want to be in the same room with’, reports Deccan Chronicle.

Directed by debutant Advait Chandan, ‘Secret Superstar’ features younger Geeta from ‘Dangal’, Zaira Wasim, in the lead role and Aamir Khan as Shakti Kumar, an apparently creepy musician who plays the part of a mentor to the central character.
