Eighteen year old moves to court for ‘Right to love’; Wants mother to be arrested for breaching this

Proving the old quote love is blind, 18 year old son seeks police aid to arrest and jail mother who does not allow him to continue his love affair with his girl friend. The son allege that he wants his mother behind bars for not letting him love his sweetheart.

The boy approached police officers of Muvattupuzha police station of Ernakulam, with a written complaint against mother. Though the police officers earlier tried advising the boy and backing him off, the boy remained stubborn on his complaint and urged a sudden action based on his complaint against his mother.

Being a frequent visitor to the police station with his complaint, the officers were forced to inform the boy’s mother and the alleged girl’s family members.

Not deterring a bit from his decision despite the forceful brainwashing sessions by the police and the family, the mother later agreed not to interfere with her son’s love life but the girl’s family stood against the couples love. The girl’s family stood with the idea of first marriage then love. As the girl’s parents urged that they would only support love after marriage, the boy fled for safety from the police station. The young boy urged that at the moment, he is only interested in love and not in marriage.

As the boy left the police station, the police officers called him back and probed into his decision. When the boy stood firm on his love life and not marriage, the police raised voice against him. As the boy got scared he maintained silence and left with his mother.
