Twitter on Monday was busy checking whether a Ghanaian soccer star is still alive or what.
Mohammed Anas, the player of South Africa’s Free State Stars became a superstar on the microblogging website overnight by giving a 'life changing' live interview after a match he played well.

Good morning to Mohammed Anas, we hope you are still alive— Pal Mabelane (@BGF013) March 19, 2017
In the interview, he thanked his wife and girlfriend alike. Yes, you are hearing it right.
Though the “man of the match” did this by mistake, twitter was quick in flooding itself with trolls about the 'historic thanksgiving speech' and funny memes.
“Has anyone checked on Mohammed Anas today?” several trolls asked sarcastically.

“Firstly I appreciate my fans. And my wife and my girlfriend,” this was what he said in the interview.
The player, after catching his mistake, clarified saying he meant his wife only.
“I mean my wife, sorry for saying, I’m so sorry, my wife,” he said. “I love you so much. I love you so much from my heart.”
However, twitterati says it was too late.
Here read tweets wondering whether 'the man of the match' would be able to continue to be the man of the house too.
